The Equipment Operators Registration Scheme is an assessment and Registration Scheme offered by members approved by HCTA. 

It is a competence based scheme where emphasis is placed on the safe and efficient operation of most categories of ride on plant where performance is measured against industry standards. For an operator to be registered under the EORS Scheme he/she must successfully undergo assessment by a qualified and approved EORS Assessor working through an EORS approved member centre.

The schemes current national registrar is  MV Consultants.
